Just after receiving your call /e-mail, an surveyor will contact you and make an appointment in order to evaluate the volume of your household goods either by an In-home survey / Home video survey so that we can listen to your needs and special requirements (special crates for pictures/fragile items, car/ effects storage if needed, insurance) and also provide you with some useful advices and
suggestions, the next step will be handled by our sales department. The quotation unit will collect the best ocean/ air / road freight and destination charges (if required) thanks to a very large choice of reliable partners (since we are accredited by many international moving associations) in order to prepare a very competitive rate according to the size of your shipment (FCL / LCL), and present it to you. After we succeed and receive your approval. Our export manager will schedule the packing dates and provide you with your file's reference.
On the packing day, one of our crews will come to your residence with a team leader (the number of packers depends on the volume that you have). In addition to the team leader, a move assistant will visit you at least one time per day to make sure everything is going as required and assist you if you have questions.
If the service required is a door to door, our export department will follow up with our destination agent and shipping line to make sure the shipment arrival and delivery is on time, and later get the signed delivery report from our destination agent.
Once we are consigned to take care of a shipment's delivery, our import department will contact you by phone / email to introduce our company, inform you that we are consigned as a destination agent for your sea, air or road shipment and provide you with the list of documents needed for customs formalities, make sure that we will be permanently in touch with the shipping line to track your shipment. And, once we receive the arrival notice we will contact you immediately to begin the customs clearance process with the help of our clearance agents. After clearing your shipment we will transport it to your residence and unload it. Each crew has a team leader who will check the inventory, make sure the crew will unpack the required items and place them in the appropriate room depending on your planning. Finally, we will take away the empty boxes.
